Bomb Banana Bread

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups light brown sugar
1/2 cup butter or cannabutter softened
2 eggs
2 cups mashed ripe bananas
1/2 cup Half & Half
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups Pillsbury all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped walnuts or macadamias, if desired

Directions:

First heat oven to 350 degrees and then grease the bottom only of a 9x5 inch or (2) 8x4 inch loaf pans. Next blend first 6 ingredients in a large bowl and beat for 1 minute on medium speed. In another bowl mix next 6 ingredients until they are well blended. Stir the dry ingredients into the first bowl until dry ingredients are moist. Add nuts and pour into prepared pans. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until tooth pick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely. Enjoy!

If made with cannabutter the butter should only have 1.5 grams of active in it to give you 46mg per 1/2 slice. If you DO NOT know the strength of the cannabutter try small pieces of the bread so as not to over medicate.

 

Chocolate Chocolate Goodies

Ingredients:

2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 sticks butter, softened
1 cup packed light sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 4oz Ghirardelli semi sweet Chocolate bar chunked
1 cup Ghirardelli milk chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts browned

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl stir together flour, salt, and baking soda. In another large bowl stir together softened butter, both sugars, eggs, vanilla, cocoa and chunked Ghirardelli chocolate bar. Also stir in chocolate chips and walnuts, stir to distribute pieces evenly.

Gradually stir flour mixture into butter mixture and mix until combined. For cookies: Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets and bake about 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on a baking rack. Makes 36 cookies. ,br /> For Chocolate bars: Place dough into a greased 9x9 inch baking pan and bake 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool and cut into squares. ENJOY!

Trippy Oatmeal Munchies

Ingredients:

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or cannabutter softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup Quaker rolled oats
3/4 cups White Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Macadamia Nut or Walnut pieces

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar in a large bowl until well blended.  Add eggs and vvanilla and beat well.  Stir together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt and mix well.  Gradually stir flour mixture into butter mixture.  Beat until thoroughly blended.  Stir in oats.  Stir in white chips and nuts.  The batter should be very stiff.

Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet by a full rounded teaspoon for each cookie.  Bake 10 to 12 minutes,until edges of cookies are golden tan.  Cool slightly and then remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.  Makes about 24 cookies.  Enjoy!
